RASP was born from years spent driving through California’s coastal vineyards, windows down, music full of texture and soul playing on the stereo. We wanted to create wines with that same unpolished honesty: expressive, layered, and not overly manipulated.
Design Inspiration
Madeira Spirit
The RASP bottle was inspired by Madeira, the Portuguese island where our ancestors farmed. Its winemaking history stretches back centuries, and its bottles represent timeless craft.
Madeira wines are known for their extraordinary longevity, their resistance to the ordinary, and their mellow golden character. RASP wines are dry, low-alcohol, and made for the table, but they have Madeira in their soul.
