This unexpected blend is driven by the philosophy that less intervention in the vineyard makes for more character in the wine. In the Russian River Valley, our Chardonnay is planted in rocky terrain that forces roots deep and keeps fruit size small, a natural path to concentration and complexity. The Sauvignon Blanc is farmed with intention by limiting irrigation to control berry size. The thick-skinned grapes develop a savory, textured quality that elevates the entire blend.

For those who love the richness of Chardonnay but find it too heavy, we’ve found the answer. Thi wine sits on the crisper end of the spectrum while retaining that classic smooth Chardonnay texture. A touch of Sauvignon Blanc lifts the finish into something bright and savory. The result is generous and juicy up front, crisp and refreshing on the finish. Serve it ice cold; we recommend 20 minutes in the freezer before pouring. 11% alcohol means you can enjoy it at noon and still make it to dinner.
